I know choosing a coach is a personal decision, and it’s normal to have questions.
I’ve gathered the most common questions here so you can get clear answers and move forward with clarity.

Coaching looks to the future, towards a goal that you would like to achieve. This could be anything, for example building better habits for improved self-care or saving for a trip you want to take. You partner with a coach to find ways that will get you there. You may look at certain hurdles – limiting beliefs or cognitive bias – preventing you from moving forward with your goal.

Therapy looks more towards the past, to the blockages that are truly preventing you from moving forward. They look at difficult or traumatic events that are standing in your way.

I am a life coach. I do not have the certification necessary to be a therapist or counselor.

While most coaches offer packages that are pre-planned and cover set session-work, I tend to have a different approach. I prefer to have free-flow sessions where the client determines what we cover in the session. This allows me to truly cater for the individual needs of each client and to meet them where they are at. I have various tools that I use in my coaching sessions and will introduce set session-work as the need arises.

The fastest and most convenient way is to book a complimentary 30-minute Introduction Call with me where we can discuss your individual needs and I can answer any questions you may have.
